What's my obligation the moment I book A.S. Photography?
Your role is to ensure the property is fully prepped before my arrival so that it’s photo ready. This includes arranging furniture, cleaning, sweeping, and organizing all rooms. Trash bins should be kept out of sight—ideally inside the garage, across the street, or parked further down the road, especially away from the front of the house.
Turn on all lights and make sure all cabinet doors and drawers are closed including the toilet seat covers. Avoid watering the property on the day of the shoot, as wet surfaces can affect the photos. Sweeping is preferable, but if watering is necessary, please do so the day before.
During the shoot, no family, friends, or showings should take place. Homeowners, renters, and pets should also be off the property during this time to ensure a smooth and efficient session.
Who can be onsite?
Only one person should be onsite at any given time, preferably to grant me access to the property. Homeowners, renters, and pets are strongly encouraged to be off-site during the shoot to ensure a smooth and efficient session.
What is A.S. Photography not responsible for?
A.S. Photography is not responsible for missing items, unlocking or locking doors, opening or closing drapes and blinds, turning lights on or off, or moving trash bins, furniture, or heavy boxes and items of any kind—unless specific requests are discussed and agreed upon before the shoot.
What additional fees should I know about?
Properties located more than 25 miles from Burbank will incur a $15 travel fee, with an additional $10 charged for every 10 miles beyond that.
I may move small and lightweight items as needed at no extra cost, but heavy items may require an additional fee. Properties that are not ready upon my arrival may also be subject to extra charges. For example, if I need to wait due to delays beyond my control, a $25 fee will apply for every 30 minutes of wait time.
